		<description>Tim, that would be great, but the interpretation of Lacey by government agencies doesn&#039;t care if it is all domestic materials, they still require you to prove it is what you say. In the meantime, you&#039;re out your stuff, time and the money to prove it. Like I wrote... F&#039;d.</description>
