Well, the decisions are in… the Springfield Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council have given unanimous approval to conduct the luthier and wholesale exotic lumber business at a location near my home. I’ll be installing flooring, workbenches, vices, cabinets, etc. over the summer and hope to be in the new shop by September. Once finished, this should improve my output by double… we’ll see and hopefully without increasing prices.
